Here is Stephanos. He is the proprietor of the Aegean Fast Food Grill. The food is not exactly fast but the taste says it all. Stephanos has a culinary arts degree from the prestigious Johnson and Wales University. He is truly a professional restaurant expert, trained at one of the worlds top culinary schools. We are very blessed to have him in Nisyros so close to our home. He loves to fish and just had a baby girl. The food is excellent and he keeps the prices very low.
